Srinidhi Silks is a leading silk saree showroom in Bengaluru, known for its premium collection and customer service. We are looking for an HR Executive to handle daily HR operations and employee support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

• Oversee employee engagement and grievance handling.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and labor laws.

• Maintain HR records, MIS, and assist in audits.

• Support training and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, MSW, or Commerce.

• 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations (retail/textile preferred).

• Good communication and Excel skills.

• Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll basics.
