Our hotel on Kursi Road requires a highly professional and articulate Receptionist to be the face of our establishment. You will manage all front desk operations and be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the standard for their entire experience. If you are exceptionally skilled in guest relations and have a commanding presence, we want you.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Command the front desk: manage all check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing with precision, strong communication skills.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues directly and efficiently.
• Manage all incoming communications, calls, emails, and inquiries. ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Take full ownership of the lobby's ambiance, maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
• Cordinate directly with all departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints decisively, ensuring immediate and effective resolution.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive in a reputable hotel.
• Impeccable communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is essential.
• Must be a current resident of Lucknow.
