We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will greet guests, handle incoming calls, and coordinate front-desk activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and professional.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Manage front-desk supplies and inventory.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Coordinate with various departments for visitor access and meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Ensure office security by following access protocols and monitoring visitor logbooks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service attitude and attention to detail.
