Role & responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle basic inquiries about products and services.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal staff.
Maintain records and manage basic front office documentation.
Coordinate with courier/delivery vendors.
Assist in showroom administrative support tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
Female candidates only (Married Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as receptionist or front office executive
Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal & written)
Well-groomed, soft-spoken, and confident
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Residing in or near Delhi NCR preferred
