Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Associate
Location: Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days (All Sundays Off)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Support employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
Address employee HR-related queries and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Agency experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.

Eligibility:

Graduates preferred.
Undergraduates may apply for junior-level roles.
