Key Responsibilities:
✅ Payroll:
Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
Maintain salary records, attendance, leaves, and deductions
Calculate incentives, overtime, and reimbursements
Generate salary slips and payroll reports
Handle full & final settlements
✅ Compliance:
Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
Prepare and file PF & ESIC returns
Maintain employee compliance documentation
Coordinate with consultants for statutory audits
Ensure adherence to labor law regulations
