**Job Title:** HR Manager – Talent Acquisition



**Department:** Human Resources

**Reports To:** Director of HR / CEO

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven **HR Manager** with strong expertise in **talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and workforce planning** to help us attract, hire, and retain top-tier professionals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and building high-performing teams.

## Key Responsibilities


* Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)

* Develop and execute effective **recruitment strategies** to attract top candidates

* Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

* Create compelling job descriptions optimized for candidate attraction

* Utilize job boards, LinkedIn recruiting, social media, and networking strategies

* Implement structured interview processes and candidate evaluation frameworks

* Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)

* Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations

* Improve employee retention strategies and engagement programs

* Support performance management and HR policy implementation

## Required Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in talent acquisition

* Proven track record of hiring high-performing employees

* Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques

* Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills

* Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

* SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification

* Experience scaling teams in fast-growing organizations
