We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Front Office Administrator to manage daily front desk operations for our real estate office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and prospective buyers.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper access protocols.
Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and redirect them appropriately.
Provide project information to clients and schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams for client appointments.
Follow up with prospective leads and maintain basic lead logs.
Manage office stationery, supplies, and inventory.
Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing documents, and filing.
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support HR and admin teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assist in maintaining customer documentation and registration files.
Prepare and manage spreadsheets, reports, and daily activity trackers.
Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Assist in vendor management for office services and maintenance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
(Experience in the Real Estate sector is a strong plus.)
