Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive The Marketing Executive will promote the company’s range of aluminum windows, doors, and related architectural systems to generate high-quality leads. This role involves building relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners, managing digital platforms, and conducting site visits to secure new, profitable projects. Key Responsibilities•	Lead Generation & Business Development: Actively identify and track upcoming residential and commercial construction projects. Generate leads through market visits, networking, and cold calling.•	Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to get the company’s products specified in projects.•	Marketing & Brand Promotion: Promote products through both online and offline channels. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and execute digital marketing campaigns.•	Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers in the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.•	Sales Coordination: Prepare product proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers. Coordinate with the installation and design teams to ensure accurate site measurements and timely order execution.•	Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends in the fenestration industry. Required Skills and Qualifications•	Experience: 0–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in building materials, interior products, or the uPVC/aluminum industry.•	Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.•	Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical drawings, aluminum profiles, and installation processes is highly preferred.•	Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations.•	Tools: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.•	Physical/Logistical Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites for client meetings. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are often required.
