Job Title: Plumber

Salary: 20,000/- to 25,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine operations and maintenance of all internal plumbing systems, fittings, and fixtures.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including installation and replacement of components.

• Estimate costs of plumbing installations, repairs, and services.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

• Inspect and test newly installed components to confirm proper functionality.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used.

• Repair and maintain water supply and drainage lines.

• Perform cutting, assembling, and fixing of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures as per requirements.

• Carry out routine inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with standards.

• Handle customer queries and respond promptly to service call-outs.

• Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management, within the scope of the contract.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Operations and Maintenance of Plumbing and Sanitary Systems, Plant, and Machinery.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
