Key Responsibilities:
Organizing and conducting property viewings and sales events.
Maintaining and updating client databases and CRM systems.

Handling problems and issues as they arise.

Proven experience in real estate sales, requiring minimum 0f 2+ years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
Good analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop effective sales strategies.
In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and legal regulations.
