Office Boy

Job Purpose

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with daily office operations, and providing support to staff through tea/coffee service, filing, and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

• Handle courier, photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution as directed.

• Support in arranging office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and report shortages.

• Assist in basic maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs as instructed.

• Carry out any other administrative or support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
