Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will manage multiple client accounts end to end. Clients may need social media management, paid ads, graphic design, reels, content planning or campaign execution. This role owns the complete delivery for those clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management:
Manage multiple client accounts and act as their primary point of contact.
Understand each client’s business, audience and marketing goals.
Collect requirements, share plans, take approvals and manage changes.
Ensure clients are always informed and satisfied.
Content Planning and Strategy:
Create monthly content calendars for each client.
Plan posts, reels, stories and campaign ideas.
Align content with brand goals, promotions and industry trends.
Ensure content is not random and always has a purpose.
Creative Coordination:
Work with graphic designers and video editors.
Create clear briefs for creatives.
Review all creatives before sending to clients.
Get revisions done and ensure quality output.
Social Media Execution:
Schedule and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
Write captions and add relevant hashtags.
Monitor comments and messages when required.
Ensure no posts or activities are missed.
Paid Ads Support:
Coordinate with ad specialists for Meta and Google ads.
Share creatives, copies and campaign inputs.
Track leads and performance.
Help clients understand what is happening in their ads.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
Track followers, reach, engagement and leads.
Send weekly and monthly reports to clients.
Highlight what is working and what needs improvement.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with designers, editors and ad teams
Keep all tasks moving on time.
Make sure client commitments are met.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Experience with reels, content formats and trends.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience working with designers and editors.
Good communication and client handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
