Office Boy / Office Assistant
Favourite Motors Private Limited is looking for a sincere and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels as required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of office premises.
Assist in serving tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Manage and restock office supplies and stationery.
Support staff with routine office-related tasks.
Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained properly.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
Handle basic outdoor work such as bank visits, courier services, and document submissions.
Report any maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of office operations.
Good time management and communication skills.
Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits:
In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Stable work environment and growth opportunities.
Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
