Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians, operators, and engineers in basic tasks.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of shop floor areas.

Support loading, unloading, and shifting of tools/materials.

Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols.

Practice basic 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Shift: Rotational (CTRI)

Desirable Attributes:

Physically fit; adaptable to repetitive tasks.

Basic awareness of workplace hygiene and safety.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
