• Troubleshooting desktop/laptop os issues
• Support for office standard software and internet client
• Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software’s issues and report hardware issues to respective team
• Installation/ re -installation/ configuration of systems, printers, scanners
• Configure desktop and laptop as per the standardization policies of customer
• Installation/ re -installation/ configuration of in scope client software/applications
• Installation/ re -installation/ troubleshooting of e-mails client
• Troubleshooting printer/ scanner related issues (limited to driver/os issues/ hardware support
• Troubleshooting networking wireless and connection issues
• Support from local area network issues (lan), dhcp client
• Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates and monitor antivirus from console
• Disconnection od desktops/ laptops/ printers/ scanners
• Configure appropriates rights and permissions for accessing printers
• Remove virus from respected desktop/ laptop with the antivirus software provided by customer
• Manage and maintain assets inventory and periodical update. Manage and maintain fiber network within the warehouse
• Basic knowledge of firewall, switches, wireless and vlan architecture
• It-infrastructure setup within the warehouse as and when requires
• Ready to access any technical challenges and adhere process of it security
• Link monitoring with available tools
