Assistant HR Manager

We are looking for a Assistant HR Manager to join our team at Jumbotail, Pune. This role involves managing end to end employee life cycle, Payroll, attendance, employee Graviences, Employee engagement, RnR, Employee retenation, Blue collar hiring. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹35000 - ₹50000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities in the state

Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports business

growth.

Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business

Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring

strategies, performance management, compensation, employee relations &

engagement etc

Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.

Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process

improvement.

Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .

Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance &

Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge

of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees,

reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Advance Excel knowledge required.
