Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.

• Coordinate patient flow between the reception, optometrists, and doctors.

• Manage billing and ensure accurate entry of patient details in the hospital system.

• Address patient queries and concerns promptly and ensure patient satisfaction.

• Support daily administrative operations and maintain service quality standards.

• Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams for smooth functioning of the center.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Healthcare, Hospitality, or Administration).

• Experience: 0–2 years in patient care, customer service, or hospital front office.
  

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).

  • Pleasant personality with the ability to multitask effectively.
