Patient Care

We are looking for a Patient Care Assistant for our center, available for 12-hour day and night shifts. Below are the key responsibilities and activities involved in this role:

Responsibilities:

Personal Care Activities:

• Assisting with bathing, oral care, bedpan/washroom support, and diaper changes (Daily).

• Grooming, dressing changes, and sanitary care for patients.

• Feeding and serving meals to elderly patients as per their diet plan.

• Providing back care, massages, and position changes for bedridden patients.

Team Activities:

• Bed making, shift handover, and organizing patient areas (Daily).

• Assisting with meal preparations and ensuring a clean dining environment.

• Cleaning patient rooms and dustbins after every shift.

Nursing Management:

• Administering oral medications, eye drops, and wound dressing as required.

• Monitoring oxygen support, RT feed/Peg feed, nebulization, and insulin injections (as needed).

Health & Recreational Activities:

• Weight checks, recording observations, and noting patient conditions (Daily/Weekly).

• Engaging patients in recreational activities and physiotherapy exercises.
