We are looking for a Home Care Nursing to join our team at Maa And Paa to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Assistance – Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.

2. Meal Support – Preparing, serving meals, ensuring proper nutrition.

3. Medication Reminder – Remind and assist elders with prescribed medicines.

4. Companionship – Talking, reading, light activities to reduce loneliness.

5. Mobility Help – Assist with walking, exercise, or physiotherapy routines.

6. Household Support – Light cleaning, laundry, arranging elder’s room.

7. Monitoring & Safety – Keep watch on health, hydration, and emergency needs.

8. Reporting – Update families about elder’s daily wellbeing.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
