SEO Executive

We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our team at Spirale Hr Solutions Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and growth opportunities in the field.

JOB Description

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives.

• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, headings, and image alt tags.

• Develop and implement link-building strategies.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, etc.).

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.

• Analyze competitors and provide recommendations for improvement.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.

  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
