Business Development Executive

हम अपनी कंपनी के सॉफ्टवेयर प्रोडक्ट्स को बाजार में प्रमोट और सेल करने के लिए फील्ड में काम करने वाले बिज़नेस डेवलपमेंट एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं। कैंडिडेट को छोटे व्यवसायों (Small Businesses), दुकानों, ऑफिसेस, क्लीनिक आदि में जाकर decision makers (Owner/Manager) से मिलना होगा, प्रोडक्ट डेमो देना होगा, और सेल डील को क्लोज करना होगा।

Key Responsibilities:

• छोटे व्यवसायों के ऑफिसेज़ में डायरेक्ट विज़िट करना।

• बिज़नेस ओनर या डिसीजन मेकर से मीटिंग शेड्यूल करना।

• हमारे सॉफ्टवेयर प्रोडक्ट्स का लाइव डेमो देना और उसके फायदे समझाना।

• क्लाइंट की जरूरत समझकर उन्हें सही प्रोडक्ट सजेस्ट करना।

• डील को फॉलो-अप करके क्लोज करना।

• हर दिन की विज़िट और डील रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

• मार्केट की फीडबैक कंपनी तक पहुँचाना।

Required Skills:

• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और प्रेजेंटेशन स्किल्स।

• ग्राहकों से बातचीत करने में आत्मविश्वास।

• सेल्स का जुनून और टारगेट पाने का ज़ज़्बा।

• मोटरबाइक/स्कूटर और Android मोबाइल फोन अनिवार्य।

• क्षेत्र में ट्रैवल करने की इच्छा।

Qualifications:

• किसी भी फील्ड में ग्रेजुएट (Graduation) या इंटरमीडिएट (12वीं पास)

• फील्ड सेल्स या सॉफ्टवेयर/IT सेल्स का अनुभव एक प्लस रहेगा।

• फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं अगर उनमें सीखने और मेहनत करने का जज़्बा है।
