Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The role primarily involves in-office calling to potential clients to generate leads and close sales. While the position is office-based, you will have the flexibility to attend site visits if needed or preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain our products/services.

• Maintain a database of customer contacts and update call records.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and site teams for client meetings or visits when required.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Strong communication and persuasive calling skills are essential.

• Previous telesales, tele-calling, or customer service experience is a plus.

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them confidently.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
