Job Title : SEO Executive

Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join Little Leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices, with a proven ability to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Knowledge of Performance Marketing will be considered an added advantage, allowing better alignment between paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structure.

• Plan and execute off-page SEO activities (link building, guest posts, citations, etc.).

• Perform weekly website audits and fix technical SEO issues.

• Track and report keyword rankings, impressions, and organic performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain SEO-friendly website architecture.

• Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.

• Support in paid campaigns or social media optimization when needed. Requirements

• Minimum 1–3years of experience in SEO (agency or brand-side).

• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Screaming Frog.

• Good understanding of keyword strategy, backlinks, and competitor analysis.

• Familiarity with HTML, GA4 setup, and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• (Preferred Plus) Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SMO content planning. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
