Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central to manage, optimize, and scale our Amazon business operations.

This role is strictly for candidates with deep practical experience in Amazon Seller Central — not theoretical knowledge.

If you understand ASIN creation better than most sellers understand Instagram, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities (Amazon Seller Central – Core Focus)

Amazon Account Management

Complete handling of Amazon Seller Central
Creating & optimizing listings (Single & Variation)
Keyword research & SEO-based content optimization
Managing suppressed listings & compliance issues
Category approvals & ungating process

FBA & Inventory Management

Shipment planning (FBA workflow)
Reconciliation of lost/damaged inventory
Managing stranded inventory
FNSKU labeling & packaging compliance
Handling inbound shipment errors

Performance & Account Health

Monitoring Account Health Dashboard
Handling policy warnings & listing suspensions
Drafting strong POAs (Plan of Action)
Managing customer feedback & A-to-Z claims
Handling SAFE-T claims & reimbursements

Compliance & Documentation

Handling BIS, GST & compliance uploads
Managing product documentation rejections
Working with Amazon support through cases/tickets

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (Minimum 6 months mandatory)
Deep understanding of FBA workflow
Strong knowledge of listing SEO
Experience handling policy violations & POAs
Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic analysis)
Strong communication skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience in hygiene / personal care category
Experience handling large catalog (50+ SKUs)
Amazon A+ content knowledge
Experience with Myntra, Meesho or other marketplaces
Basic Canva or image optimization knowledge
