Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative at BTN Events, you will be the face of our company on the ground. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business by actively prospecting, meeting clients in person, and selling our event solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, persuasive, and energized by relationship-building and performance-based success.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch BTN Events’ services
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local market opportunities
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B sales (event industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with in-person selling and frequent local travel
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and reporting
• Valid driver’s license & 2-wheeler(mandatory).
• Laptop/Tab (mandatory).
