Registered Investment Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) to join Wealth Creation Company, a premium Wealth Management Company. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in wealth management, portfolio strategy, and regulatory compliance, while aligning with the firm’s vision of building a trusted, innovative brand that serves both elite and retail investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

  • Provide personalized investment advice to high-net-worth and retail clients.

  • Design and manage diversified portfolios aligned with client goals and risk profiles.

  • Monitor market trends and proactively adjust strategies.

  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence

    • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines.

    • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all client transactions.

    • Collaborate with compliance teams to uphold ethical standards.

  • Business Development & Relationship Management

    • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

    • Support the firm’s growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client base.

    • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

  • Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO to execute the firm’s vision.

  • Contribute to branding, client education, and community engagement initiatives

  • Mentor junior advisors and support team development.

  Qualifications

  • SEBI- Registered Investment Advisor (mandatory).

  • Experience in wealth management, investment banking, or financial advisory.

  • Strong knowledge of mutual funds, equities, bonds, and alternative investments.

  • Proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Hinglish (preferred).

  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
