Senior Project Manager (US Hours – Night Shift IST)

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid)
Work Hours: US Time Zones (Night Shift – IST)

Compensation: Excellent, commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confident Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multiple high-impact initiatives across technology, product, digital, and operations teams.

This role requires strong program-level ownership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution in fast-paced, complex environments. You will work closely with US-based clients, stakeholders, and leadership, making communication, accountability, and delivery critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Own and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously across technology, product, marketing, and operations

• Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules

• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable execution plans

• Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of all initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of contact for US-based stakeholders and clients

• Lead project status calls, reviews, and executive updates

• Proactively manage expectations, risks, timelines, and dependencies

• Handle escalations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism

Planning, Tracking & Governance

• Create and maintain:

  • Project plans

  • Task breakdown structures

  • Delivery roadmaps

  • Risk & issue logs

  • Dependency maps

• Track progress using industry-standard project management tools

• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies

Tools & Systems

You will actively manage projects using tools such as:

• MS Project

• JIRA

• Monday.com

• ClickUp

• Other Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM tools

You will be responsible for maintaining:

• Sprint plans

• Kanban boards

• Backlogs

• Release schedules

• Progress dashboards

Communication & Leadership

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly status meetings with US teams

• Provide clear, structured, and confident communication

• Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards

• Ensure alignment between business, product, engineering, and marketing teams

• US accent or neutral global accent preferred (not mandatory)

• Strong spoken and written English is required

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Project / Program Management

• Experience managing projects across:

  • Technology & software

  • Product development

  • Digital marketing / social media

  • Business processes & operations

• Strong experience in multi-project and program-level delivery

• Expertise in road-mapping, task tracking, and delivery governance

• Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and US clients

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
