Role overview-

We are seeking a Product Intern to assist in the development, enhancement, and execution of the Career Leap program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about EdTech, product management, and making a real-world impact. You will work closely with the product management team and stakeholders to ensure the program meets market demands and delivers value to learners.

Product Development Support:

• Assist in designing and refining course content, modules, and curriculum for Career Leap.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor programs, and learner needs.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the program's offerings.

Dealing with Students Seeking Jobs Abroad:

• Engage with learners aspiring to work abroad, understand their career goals, and provide tailored program recommendations.

• Address their queries and ensure the Career Leap program is aligned with their specific requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align product goals with business objectives.

Qualifications-

• Recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Education, or a related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like Google Workspace.

• Basic understanding of product management concepts or EdTech is a plus.

• Self-driven with a willingness to tackle challenges.
