Marketing Manager

1. Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.

• Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.

• Create annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.

2. Branding & Positioning

• Maintain and strengthen the hotel/resort’s brand identity.

• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels—online, print, and in-property materials.

• Assist in developing promotional content, brochures, menus, and signage.

3. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

• Oversee website content, SEO, SEM, and online visibility.

• Monitor online reviews on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip) and respond professionally.

• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to boost bookings and event inquiries.

4. Sales Support & Revenue Growth

• Work closely with the sales team to create packages, promotions, and special offers.

• Plan seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and partnership programs.

• Track and analyze sales performance and customer acquisition data.

5. Guest Engagement & Relationship Building

• Develop loyalty programs and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Organize guest engagement activities, hotel events, and themed promotions.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through coordinated marketing initiatives.

6. Content Creation & Communication

• Prepare engaging content for digital channels, newsletters, and PR.

• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for professional shoots.

• Manage press releases, media relations, and influencer collaborations.

7. Event & Corporate Marketing

• Promote banquets, conferences, weddings, and corporate events.

• Build relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and travel agencies.

• Participate in trade shows, tourism fairs, and networking events.

8. Budget & Performance Management

• Prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget.

• Track ROI for campaigns and provide regular reports to management.

• Optimize marketing spending for maximum profitability.

9. Coordination & Team Management

• Supervise the marketing team and external agencies.

• Coordinate with operations, F&B, sales, and HR for internal promotions.
