- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships

- Co-ordination with creative agency, social media agency, PR agency, website development agency and ensuring they work in the right direction and meet deadlines

- Handling social media accounts of brand on day to day basis

- Content planning for social media

- Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies

- Market Research

- Member Feedback Survey

- Franchise Lead Management

- PR and networking with media personnel's

- Social media tracking

- Competition analysis on a regular basis

- Giving support to clubs for marketing related activities

- Database management

- Marketing collaterals management

- Preparation of Agency reviews, minutes of meetings etc

- Vendor Management
