Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives, manage a team of executives, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement overall sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth

Manage and lead a team of marketing executives, ensuring daily performance tracking

Monitor team performance and identify underperforming members; take corrective actions

Generate new business leads through calling, meetings, and networking

Collaborate with sales executives to improve business development approaches

Train and guide the sales team on effective sales techniques

Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems

Prepare and share daily sales reports with senior management

Coordinate with the Managing Director for performance updates and strategy alignment

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Engineering preferred); MBA is an added advantage

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing with field exposure

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Good knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools

Awareness of digital marketing and social media platforms
