Job Summary:•

We’re looking E-commerce Manager

to lead our online sales strategy, optimize digital channels, and drive growth across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). You’ll manage product listings, marketing, logistics, and analytics to enhance customer experience and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management:

- Oversee listings, inventory, and orders on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

- Ensure accurate product content, images, and pricing.

- Manage promotions, deals, and sponsored ads (PPC).

2. Digital Marketing:

- Run email/SMS campaigns, social media ads, and influencer collaborations.

- Optimize SEO, content, and product pages for traffic.

3. Operations & Logistics:

- Coordinate with vendors, ensure timely dispatch, and reduce returns.

- Monitor shipping, tracking, and customer support.

Team Collaboration:

- Work with design, content, and tech teams to enhance the shopping experience.

6. Compliance:

- Ensure GST, legal, and marketplace policies are followed.

7. Innovation:

- Test new tools (AR, chatbots, etc.) to boost engagement.

Requirements:

- Must-Have:

- 1+ years in e-commerce (FMCG, fashion, electronics, etc.).

- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra

- Strong communication and problem-solving
