Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our fabrication and assembly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating high-quality frame and structural components for our electric two-wheelers. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on aluminum and mild steel components used in EV two-wheeler frames and sub-assemblies.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

• Fabricate and assemble parts according to technical specifications and tolerances.

• Inspect welds for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards.

• Maintain welding equipment and ensure it operates safely and efficiently.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve fabrication issues.

• Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in TIG welding, preferably in the automotive or EV manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques for aluminum and steel materials.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

• Experience with jigs, fixtures, and precision fabrication tools.

• Good understanding of safety practices and quality inspection methods.

• Team player with strong work ethics and attention to detail.
