Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities for Security Guard Services and Facility Management Services. The candidate will focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation through corporate and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads for Security and Facility Management services.
Conduct cold calling, email marketing, and client visits to acquire new customers.
Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, builders, industries, hospitals, malls, and commercial complexes.
Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, and service quotations with prospective clients.
Arrange and attend client meetings (online and face-to-face) to understand client requirements.
Coordinate with the operations team for site survey and service implementation.
Maintain database of prospective clients and track business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in marketing campaigns and business development activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales
Knowledge of Security Guard Services / Facility Management industry
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
Good networking and client handling skills
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Salary (Rs. 20000 to 35000 Per Month) + Petrol Allowance
