Qualification Required:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing role

Preference for experience related to Solar, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields

Gender Preference: Male

Age: 18 to 26 years

Working Details:

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 CTC per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

Installation: Assembling and connecting solar panels and electrical components on roofs or ground mounts

Maintenance & Repair: Testing systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine upkeep

Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring work meets industry standards

Documentation: Keeping accurate records of work performed and communicating
