Job Title: IT Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: Night Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic IT Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting IT products/services, and closing sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain IT products and services clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of IT services/products
Ability to work in night shift
Sales or telesales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Confident and target-driven personality
