We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to ensure that our fabric products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will oversee quality checks across production stages, implement testing protocols, and collaborate with production teams to maintain consistency in output.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process fabrics, and finished goods.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with industry standards.

• Monitor production processes to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain records of quality checks, test results, and compliance reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.

• Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with R&D and production teams to improve product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance within the textile/fabric industry.

• Strong knowledge of fabric testing methods (GSM, tensile strength, shrinkage, color fastness, etc.).

• Familiarity with ISO standards and textile compliance norms.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

• Notice period: Maximum 30 days

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing equipment.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
