· Maintain minimum reorder level stocks for all the raw materials.

· Liaison with Production and Purchase department for Procurement of raw material as per the production requirement.

· Prepare G.R.N and forward to Q.C for Approval.

· Locate the raw materials & issue it as per the material requisition slip.

· Maintain stock records.

· Overall responsible for Dispatch of the materials.

· Record and Maintain Dispatch register.

· Check Labels, Product, Quantity of the Boxes.

· Plan for the proper packing and travel arrangements as per the customer needs.

· Coordination with accounts department for Challans and Invoices to be sent to the customer along with transportation.
