Job Description

🚀We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Solutions Delivery (Capital Markets)
Location: Powai, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Company: Alphacentrix
Experience: 9–12 Years
Joining: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
Travel Requirement: Open to long-term travel to Saudi Arabia (client location)

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
Strong understanding of capital market instruments: Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Fixed Income products.
Experience working with corporate savings plans, defined contribution schemes, retirement/investment solutions.
Knowledge of PMS, OMS, Reconciliation platforms, and trade processing systems.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, and reporting/visualization tools.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks: FATCA, KYC, PDPL, GDPR.
Experience with ETL, automation, integration workflows, and enterprise data management.
Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder handling, and analytical skills.
