Service engineer

We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Nice Neotech Medical Systems Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctor, other medical companle, and vendors to support marketing Initiatives.

·         Monitor and maintain medical equipment.

·         Need to check on daily basis.

·         Assist with the installation and setup of equipment at customer locations.

·         Conduct product demos and provide training to customers.

·         Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by customers.

·         Support hands-on tasks at customer sites or repair facilities.

·         Travel to customer locations as required for installations, service calls, and repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·         Degree in Engineering /Diploma (Mech, Bio Medical, EEE)
