Production Manager

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop and manage production schedules, organize workflow, allocate resources, and oversee daily operations to meet targets.

• Quality & Compliance: Implement and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA, ISO, and safety standards (HSE); ensure documentation for audits.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff; foster a safe and efficient work environment; conduct team meetings.

• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, implement lean manufacturing, reduce waste, and enhance cost-effectiveness.

• Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate production reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.

• Experience: 3-7+ years in cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with management experience.

• Technical: GMP, FDA, ISO knowledge; understanding of cosmetic formulations/processes; Lean/Six Sigma.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, planning, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure.
