
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to planning,
inventory, and operations
Sync inventory across multiple marketplace channels to ensure accurate stock
availability.
Monitor inventory movement and predict potential inventory gaps; suggest corrective
actions and timelines.
Enable and disable inventory on marketplaces as per stock availability and business
requirements
Track inward and outward inventory and maintain accurate records
Prepare and reconcile PO vs Received data.
Coordinate with Planning, Sales, Catalogue, Design, Warehouse, and Operations teams
for data accuracy and validation.
Analyse inventory trends to support replenishment and demand planning.
Maintain master data and ensure consistency across systems.
Provide ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in MIS, central planning, inventory, or reporting roles.
Basic knowledge of SQL, as most datasets are maintained in SQL databases and
involve large data volumes.
Strong expertise in MS Excel with Power Query, with a focus on report automation
(majority of reporting automated through Power Query).
Strong command over Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Central Planning or E-commerce teams.
Experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
Familiarity with multi-channel marketplaces and inventory workflows.
