Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (in-hand)

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Detailing Bull, including sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates for different roles. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and hands-on knowledge of job portals to ensure smooth and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.

• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

2. Interview Coordination & Selection

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure timely communication and smooth interview process.

• Assist in final selection and follow up with candidates.

3. Offer & Onboarding Support

• Share offer details with selected candidates.

• Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.

4. Recruitment Database Management

• Maintain updated records of applicants and open positions.

• Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.

• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with excellent communication can apply).

• Must have knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Video Editor job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
