Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Detailing Bull, including sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates for different roles. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and hands-on knowledge of job portals to ensure smooth and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Interview Coordination & Selection

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely communication and smooth interview process.
Assist in final selection and follow up with candidates.

Offer & Onboarding Support

Share offer details with selected candidates.
Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.

Recruitment Database Management

Maintain updated records of applicants and open positions.
Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
0–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with excellent communication can apply).
Must have knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
