Production Executive

We are looking for skilled and dedicated professionals to join our Production Team at Islie by Priya Jain, a premium ethnic wear fashion house. The role involves working across the end-to-end garment manufacturing process – from fabric cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing, to quality control.

The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in ethnic wear production and an eye for detailing and craftsmanship.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute garment production for ethnic wear collections.

• Oversee cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, and packing processes.

• Ensure timely completion of production orders with high-quality standards.

• Coordinate with in-house teams (design, sampling, and production).

• Supervise artisans, tailors, and helpers to achieve daily targets.

• Maintain quality checks at every stage of production.

• Handle fabric usage, wastage control, and inventory updates.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in ethnic wear manufacturing (kurta sets, lehengas, saree blouses, gowns, etc.).

• Knowledge of fabric handling, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.

• Strong leadership and team management (for supervisor/manager roles).

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality.
