Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

● Onboarding & Induction: Organize induction programs, documentation, and joining formalities.

● Payroll & Attendance: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.

● Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and grievance handling.

● Compliance & Documentation: Ensure statutory compliance, maintain HR records, and employee files.

● HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, performance appraisal support, and exit formalities.

● Administration Support: Assist in office administration, vendor coordination, and general office management.
