Job Description – Chakki Operator

Position: Chakki Operator (Unskilled/Semi-Skilled)

Responsibilities:

• Operate the atta chakki (flour mill) safely and efficiently.

• Handle customer grains and ensure proper cleaning and grinding.

• Measure, weigh, and pack atta as per customer requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the chakki and surrounding area.

• Handle cash collection for small transactions (basic maths required).

• Assist in loading/unloading of grains and flour bags when required.

• Follow safety and quality standards set by the company.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of maths (addition, subtraction, weight measurement).

• Physically fit to lift and handle grain/flour bags.

• Prior experience in operating chakki/machine/shop helper role preferred (not mandatory).

• Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Minimum education: Able to read/write Hindi (basic).
