Job Description

Primarily skill requirement for production manager is that he should have a minimum experience of 3 years in handling uPVc doors and window production process.

Should have technical knowhow of uPVc doors and windows manufacturing process.

He should have knowledge of MS Office.

Also following skills and in personal capabilities he should possess to run the unit.

• planning and organising production schedules

• assessing project and resource requirements

• determining quality control standards

• overseeing production processes

• re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

• organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

• liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff

• supervising and managing the work of junior staff

• organising relevant training sessions
