Legal Associate

• Handle SARFAESI proceedings, including issuing Section 13(2) notices and managing Section 13(4) possession and sale actions.

• Prepare and file Section 14 applications before District/Chief Metropolitan Magistrates for taking possession of secured assets.

• Coordinate with advocates, enforcement agencies, and borrowers during recovery and auction processes.

• Draft and review legal documents, affidavits, and pleadings for DRT and recovery cases.

• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate records for all SARFAESI and debt recovery matters.
