Fabrication Labour

Sterial Machinery is looking for a Fabrication Worker to assist in manufacturing and assembling metal parts and structures used in our machinery and equipment. The candidate will work in our workshop, handling cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and fitting of metal components as per drawings and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand basic fabrication drawings, sketches, and instructions.
• Measure, mark, and cut metal plates, pipes, and sections using gas cutter, grinder, drill, or other tools.
• Assist in bending, drilling, and shaping metal parts as per required size.
• Support welding operations (MIG/ARC) and help in holding, fitting, and tack welding components.
• Fit and assemble parts to make frames, structures, and machine components as per alignment and dimensions.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and cleaning of welds and edges.
• Check basic dimensions and quality of finished parts and report any issues to supervisor.
• Maintain tools, machines, and work area in clean and safe condition.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures inside the workshop

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
